Lividus 307 is a holiday apartment in a quiet part of the Seaside District (Dzielnica Nadmorska) of Świnoujście. The beach is 150 m away, and the renovated promenade with its restaurants and shops is 50 m away. It is quiet all around, yet everything is close at hand.
Inside you will find a furnished room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a sunny south-facing balcony. There is air conditioning, fast internet and TV. The building has a spa area with a swimming pool and a bistro. The apartment takes up to 3 people (adults or children aged 3 and over) and one baby, and the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Apartment
You sleep in a 160 × 200 double bed. If you prefer to sleep apart, the bed can be separated into two singles. There is also one extra bed.
The kitchenette is fully equipped – all you need to bring is the shopping. Make breakfast at home and leave the washing-up to the dishwasher.
Large glazing lets in plenty of light. There is a table with chairs, a TV and air conditioning for hot days.
The bathroom has an enclosed shower cabin and large mirrors.
The balcony faces south, with full sun from the afternoon. It has balcony furniture, so you can have your coffee or dinner outside, looking out at the pine trees.

In the building
A swimming pool, a jacuzzi and three saunas – one steam and two dry. The area is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. Entry costs extra: PLN 25 per person for 2 hours, paid at the reception.
The “Bistro Sofa” is in the building – it serves breakfast and other meals, for an additional fee.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. A modern lift serves every floor.

This quiet part of the district is ideal for a rest, and the promenade with its restaurants and shops is just 50 m away. On a rainy day the aquapark is close by – 200 m from the building. There is a beach bar right next to the building, cycling routes and bike rental nearby, and dogs are allowed on the beach near the building.

Up to 3 people – adults or children aged 3 and over, because there are three places to sleep: a double bed and an extra bed. One child up to 2 years can come as well: they sleep with the parents or in a baby cot we add on request, and stay free. So, for example, 3 adults with a baby, or 2 adults, an older child and a baby.
The price depends on the dates. You see it straight away when you pick your dates in the calendar in the Booking section. The nightly price covers 1–2 people; the third person costs an extra PLN 80 per night. Final cleaning is included in the price.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Arrival is from 16:00, departure by 11:00.
On your own. The door has a code lock – we send you the door code before you arrive, so there is no key handover. Inside the apartment you will find 2 access cards that you can use instead of the code.
Yes. The kitchenette is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots and tableware.
Yes. The fee for a dog or a cat is PLN 120 per stay, regardless of the number of nights. Dogs are allowed on the beach near the building.
Yes, the apartment has its own covered parking space. From 31 May to 30 September it costs PLN 80 per night, the rest of the year PLN 60 per night. The space must be reserved in advance.

Most guests come by car. From the rest of Poland the S3 expressway leads to Świnoujście, and you reach Usedom island through the tunnel under the Świna river – no ferry needed. From Germany you drive across Usedom island and cross the border at Ahlbeck or Garz. The apartment has its own covered parking space – book it together with your stay. By train: from Germany the UBB railway runs to the Świnoujście Centrum stop; trains from Poland arrive at Świnoujście station on the other side of the Świna, with a city bus to the centre. The map in the Area section shows where the building stands.
